Ordering
HOURS: Our Customer Service Department is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. You may place orders by phone during regular hours, by FAX (727-322-5375) or e-mail (info@stpeteblue.com) 24 hours a day. You may also send your order by mail.
MINIMUM ORDER: $15.00 (less shipping and handling and any applicable sales tax)
ORDER TURN-A-ROUND: All in-stock orders received by 11:00am should ship same day. Orders received after 11:00am will ship the next business day.
Open Accounts
All orders are to be pre-paid via check, money order, or MasterCard / VISA credit card, unless credit has been previously established.
To establish credit, a Credit Application must be filled out and signed.
All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.
Products
Due to the ever shrinking supply market, and availability of products, we reserve the right to substitute items of like, equal, or greater value at the same price. In the instance where the substitute product will need to be billed at a greater price, we will notify you before shipment of your order. Any item in this catalog is subject to change or discontinuation.
Pricing
Prices published on this web site are special internet prices. To receive these prices, orders cannot be picked-up (will call) or delivered. All orders must be designated as "Internet Orders".
Although every attempt is made to display accurate pricing, we reserve the right to change prices due to increases from our vendors. In such an unlikely event, we will try to inform you, before delivery, of an un-published price increase. To avoid such misunderstandings, we will be happy to verify prices when you place your order. Billing will be based on prices in effect at the time of order.
Special Orders
We can special order virtually any item for you that is supplied by our vendors but not stocked by ST. PETE BLUE under the following conditions:
Shipping
Our standard shipping is Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or FedEx Ground, but you may choose an alternate carrier. Any special shipping requests will be at the customers expense.
